Do I Have to have a Credit Card to place an order ?
You do NOT have to have a Credit Card. You can send a Check or M/O. This will delay your order until your Check/M/O Clears.
How long does it take to receive my Order ?
Most Orders are shipped within 7 Business days after we receive and Verify your PAID Order. If you pay with a credit Card we are notified immediately and your order will ship within those 7 Days; if in Stock; If Item is Out-of-stock, and We have to make the Order, You will be notified by E-mail as to when your Order will Ship. Payments by Check or M/O will delay your shipment until money is available.
What is your Return Policy ?
Returns MUST be made within 7 Days of receiving your Product. Prior Authorization required. Item must be returned in the same condition in which you received the item. In the unlikely event the Item is Defective, We will repair OR replace Item at our discretion. Items returned due to reasons other than a defect, We will Refund the cost of the returned Item(s) less S&H charges including the cost to return the Item(s) to us. In addition there will be a 20% restocking fee to inspect, repackage, and restock the Item(s). In either event, You MUST contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA Number MUST be on the front of the returned package in the lower left-hand Corner of the package. Packages received without the RMA Number will be marked “REFUSED” and returned to the Sender. WE use the RMA Number to insure the return gets credited to the rightful Customer.
Do you Ship outside the USA, And if so, What is the Shipping Charges ?

We are the Manufacturer of most Items We sell. NOW We do purchase Items from other Manufactures. and sell at huge discounts. As with any Product or Services You should Shop around. Prices range from Reasonable to outrageous
What if my Cover doesn't fit ?
Although we use every method we know of to prevent this from happening, we know that it can and will happen. There are so many different Manufactures of Futons now days, and the sizes do not always conform to Industry standards. Please refer to our Return Policy .
How do you Ship, and can I purchase Insurance ?
We Ship mostly by USPS Priority Mail. If you place a large order it is possible that it might ship by UPS. We have found that Priority mail is very reliable and faster than UPS. Our loss rate is about 1 in 1000. You are free to purchase insurance if you like, just E-mail us and we will tell you what to do.
Can I speak to someone directly about a Problem ?
We would love to talk to you, one on one, by Phone. The best way to do this is to give us an E-mail and we can set up a time that We can call you at your convenience.
Do you combine S&H if I buy more than one item ?
Your order is calculated by our software to automatically save you as much on S&H as possible, most of the time the charge is less than the actual Shipping Charges.
Is it safe to give my Credit Card info at this WebSite ?

We do not know of any case where an E-mail or online transaction has been intercepted and the number used for fraudulent purposes. How Do I know what direction the Print will run on My Futon
When You see a Print Online, it’s the way it will run on a Bifold. If You have a Trifold Frame You will need a print that would look just as good sideways as upright. Most Print Fabrics run UP the roll. If You still are in the dark about what I am talking about, here is another example. Say a Horse or any other animal is shown upright, that’s the way it will look on a Bi-fold. BiFold Frames make up nearly 98% of all frames Sold.
What loft size are the Stock Covers made?
All Covers We make or sell from other Manufactures have a 5” or 6” Box Corner. The Covers are designed to fit Futons with a 6” to 8” loft. There is a charge to increase or decrease the loft of any Cover, and is unavailable in some Prints and Solids.
Are there Dye Lot differences that the Colors I see on My Monitor ?
Colors on the internet viewed on a Monitor depends on the Manufacturer, as well as the Video card on the Mother Board, not to mention the individual settings on various Models.
If You want an exact Color it would be in your interest to go to a Local Store and find a Cover that they have in stock.
If You ever go in a Store like Wal*Mart and see all those screens lined up side by side, You will notice Items that are green on One Television will look Blue on one next to it. Don’t expect to Order a matching Cover at a later date to match the one You purchased Earlier. If You need Items to Match, please Order them at the same time. Let us know that You want the Items made from the same Bolt of Fabric.
