We started making Futons and Covers in 1990. A year later we started making Futon Frames. We sold mostly to Wholesalers in the Central Florida area. From there we opened a Retail Store. Within a year we had 3 Retail Stores, A Warehouse where we made Futons, another Warehouse where we made Futon Frames, and another warehouse for storage. We became too big too fast and our resources were being eat up by overhead. We also missed the one on one relationship we had earlier with our Customers. We finally sold out and returned to a Mom and Pop operation. This is the way we want to stay, so we can be a little more attentive to our Customers and their needs.
We give every product we make that special touch, as if we were making it for our own use. And when we get E-mail Praise, from people like you, that makes us feel we have accomplished our mission, which is what we are all about.
